Live — the Field in the hand

The member's daily surface, one store listing — Kiduna, with Live as the mobile experience. There is no mode switch because there are no modes: one interface, the Field, with the contextual HUD doing all the work (3a). The cohort journey — R6, adopted — rendered in the new grammar (3b), and the phone's honest verbs: participation and simple approvals, with "at my desk later" for everything that needs the bench (3c).

One interface — the HUD breathes between three depths

R6's Chat ⇄ Live switch is gone. The phone shows the Field always; the HUD's opacity is the whole navigation model: translucent while you move · risen when the conversation grows · opaque when you choose words over ground. A swipe down on the thread returns the Field; the ally band never unmounts.

greet Crystal enter Kidunaversity
Nia — Crystal just arrived. Want to walk over?
Moving. The Field full-bleed; HUD translucent; ≤3 chips ranked by distance then consequence. Thumb drags to walk; a plain tap enters a Portal.

While you were away: the Fellowship of Play proposal you seconded passed — here's its Record. And swyx answered your note about the essay.

"The middle of the conversation is exactly where I like to start." — relayed by his ally, cited to your relationship's Record.
Say it or type it…
Talking. The thread rises as part of the HUD — the Field stays visible above, still live. Swipe down and the ground takes back its light.

Proposal #4 closes tonight: fund the story-circle Move with 400 Compute. Your vote is yours alone; your Envoy holds no instruction here.
vote yes — press and hold
not now
Nia — this is the only thing waiting on you today
Acting. The ACTION stands at its object — the proposal in the hall — never in a tray. A vote is a signature: press-and-hold, and because this one enters the Organization's authoritative Record, it is gold.

The cohort journey, re-grounded — arrival is a place now

R6's member journey is adopted, not redrawn — what changes is the ground under it. Crystal's arc (unique code → onboarding at kidunaverse.com → the $100 Compute step, on the web → first conversation) now lands her in a Scene: Ki meets her at Kiduna Club's threshold, her ally is made in conversation, and her first crossing is a Portal, not a screen transition.

Kiduna Club
your door · made for you
Crystal — I'm Ki. Moto prepared this door for you; no one else can use it. Inside is Kiduna Club, where your cohort lands. Before we cross: let's make your ally. What should they be called?
Nia.
Nia it is. She already knows the shape of your work — Moto shared it when he invited you, and you can see exactly what he shared.
The threshold. The unique code renders as a door with her name on it. Ki — the genesis Ally — meets her outside it; ally creation is the conversation R6 designed, now standing somewhere.

you ⇄ Moto · what each side shares, stated up front
Nia — welcome. Moto's here. Your relationship card is beside him; nothing in it you didn't agree to.
Arrival. Light announces her — no fanfare, no confetti. The relationship with her inviter is a small room she can stand inside from day one; its starting grants were stated in the invitation.
what stays on the web
The $100 step — Kinship Duna's initial Compute purchase, all three paths — happens at kiduna.cash, never in the app. Live hands off with one sentence and receives her back at the exact place she left. Compute is prepaid usage credits that power intelligent agents; the app states balances in sentences when asked, never as a meter.
The journey R6 drew was right; R8 gives it gravity. Every step of onboarding now happens somewhere, and the somewhere persists — Crystal can walk back to her own threshold a year later and it will still be her door.

The phone's honest verbs — participate, approve simply, hold the rest

what Live does (ruling 4)
Participation. Walk any Scene you belong to; speak with anyone through the two allies; sit in a Community circle; watch a Move; visit a Project's room and hear its narration.
Simple approvals. Votes, seconding, extending an invitation code, a yes/no grant whose consequence fits in two sentences. Press-and-hold; gold only when the act enters the authoritative Record.
The meanwhile. Package news, arrivals, proposal outcomes — narrated by the ally, cited, compressed to the gap.
what it holds for the desk
Complex diffs · grants beyond a sentence · uploads · acceptance of returned work — the five desk acts. The phone can't walk a bench yet; signing what you can't inspect is signature theater.
"At my desk later" holds the intention: the ACTION stays at its object, and Studio offers it first when you sit down. No queue, no badge — a held sentence.
Live's sentence, R8: the phone is where you live in the world you belong to — not a smaller workshop.

No voice at launch (ruling: first Create-from-Within addition after). No meters, no streaks, no HEARTS — presence in a room may be counted ("four of you here"), people never are.
